Hello Vinod,

If you look at the previous years data, in JEE ADVANCED 2018, the best case scenario for getting a seat in an IIT for an OBC-NCL student, the final seat was alloted at an OBC rank of 4600 approximately.

So if you are in that range, you should consider yourself to be in a boundary condition. Hope that helps.
