For IIT you need to score75 percent . And abvoe 180 marks ,to get an top iit.
And NIT& IIIT in same way it required 180 above marks in jee mains .

Hello Yashwant Dhagekar,
You must score atleast score 75% marks in the 12th standard. This is the cutoff for General and OBC students and as far as SC/ST are concerned their cutoff marks is 65%.
