. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. There has been no considerable increase in the seats for Tamilnadu this year. But with 7.5% reservation in place and the highest NEET score being 720, things are a little complicated. And so we cannot be surprised if the cut offs increase beyond 75 marks.
