Since you have not mentioned any state so I'll tell you about AIQ. For admission in good college in AIQ though neet the marks required will be around 580-590. Check neet cutoff

For getting a college through the All India Quota, you need to score minimum 620 from the general category. For getting colleges through the state counselling, getting 550+ will be enough. To get good colleges via state counselling, you should get 580+ and to get very good colleges in your state, you need to score 620+.
