To qualify for NEET 2019 in ST category, one had to be in the 40th percentile or score 107 to 133 marks. In 2020, taking in consideration previous trends and cut offs, you would likely need to secure atleast 118+ (with 5 marks error) marks in NEET 2020.

Hope you are doing great. I would suggest you to score more than 540 marks to be in the safe side. All the colleges will take you in if you have such a great score. Instead of worrying for the minimum score, aim for your best. The more you score the better you get. But in overall calculation I would just suggest you to have atleast score 540.
