You will have to clear NEET by obtaining a score in the 50th percentile or above (40th percentile if from a reserved category) to be considered for admissions in any college. Since you have not specified the college you wish to take admissions to, I can’t tell you the exact score you would need. However, if you are targetting for a Government medical college, aim for a score of 580 plus to maximize your chances.
