The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like difficulty level of the exam, No. Of Candidates appeared for the exam, performance of the candidates etc. It also varies to All India quota seats & state Quota seats. So it would be tough to tell you the exact but try to score more than 550-560 to get a seat for All India quota seats & more than 500 to get the state Quota seats as a General category. It can varies state to state.

To get admission in Government College through NEET for MBBS a student must score 550+ on 720 (for general category). Score as high as you can to get medical course of your choice in Government Colleges across India.
