The cutoff varies year to year. As in 2017 for 15% quota seats it was more than 560 & for 85% quota seats it was more than 500. So you can take an Idea about the required marks in NEET and can start your preparation.

To get seat under state, you will have to get more than 500 and to get admission under AIQ more than 550 marks would be required. So plan and prepre accordingly so that you can get seat in your desired college.
