You need to score more then 125 marks in JEE Main to get NITs under general category other state quota. Cut off varies according to the branches as well.

To get admission in lower or average NITs, you will have to get 150 or above but if you wish to get seat in top NITs and in top branches then you will have to 230-250 as this would be the suitable score to reserve admission there.

Hello,
We don't have the cutoff date for different programmes at NIT for 2017.
However, you can get an idea about the kind of scores you will need to score in your chosen discipline based on JEE Main cutoff 2016 for NITs.
