It's tough to give a definite range of marks because the pattern and difficulty level of the jee advanced varies every year. If the paper is difficult, it may have a fall, and if the paper is simple, it may rise. In 2020, the general category cutoff was about 69 marks, whereas in 2019, it was around 84.

According to 2019 statistics, the mark range for ST rank 1-600 was 66-194. Because the previous year's paper was more difficult, there will undoubtedly be a decrease in the range. The top 600 ranged from  66 to 266  in 2018, which was similar to 2019. However, in 2017, the paper was simplified, and the range was raised to 96-265 points. As a result, a precise range cannot be expected.

So it will be wise to score above 100.
