For admission in King George Medical University, Lucknow the cut off in 2017 for the OBC category under the state quota was a rank of 11401 and 548 marks.

A minimum score of 540+ wouod be required by you if you belong to the OBC category.
So in 2019 550+ would be a safer score for me
