Dear aspirant,

Being an SC candidate it becomes easier for you to crack JEE advance compared to other general category students. So, considering that you should score a minimum of 130 to get a seat in old prestigious IITs with a good branch. But to be sure targeting around 140 is better. Sometimes you can get a good IIT with 120 marks as well. But, that depends on the toughness of the paper.
