As the percentile score is the relative score means it will depend upon the number of students who score more than you and total number of students.
That is
Even you score 200 or 260 but the number of students who score more than you in both the cases is same than your percentile remains same.
So it may be possible that exam is easy or hard or medium .
In case of easy exam : you have to score more because everyone can score more .
Medium you have to score medium and for tough accordingly.
So it will depend upon the exams difficulty level and preparation of other students that how much you have to score to get a decent percentile score.
Easy exam : 160-180 + score for 95 above percentile
Medium : 140-160 +
Hard : 120:140 +
( May vary depending upon exact conditions).
