You need to qualify for JEE-Mains and have an aggregate of atleast 75% to sit for JEE - Advanced.

Till previous year even on scoring half the full score, you could get good course in IIT-ISM.

Cutoff changes every year on different criteria so it can be told whether or not it will be the same but you should aim at scoring atleast half the mark for getting into good IITs

There is no such criteria of marks in JEE MAINS exam.
Results are out in the form of percentile score which is based upon your ranking.
Every year cutoff vary for different categories. As the competition is increasing day by day same the cutoff is also increasing.
Firstly you should try focussing on clearing the examination of JEE MAINS and then JEE Advanced .
You need to get 75% aggregate to give JEE Advanced exam.

You should try hard to score good percentile required to get admission in IITs.
