You will need a minimum of 50% aggregate of each of physics chemistry and biology in class 12 board examinations in order to be held eligible for appearing in the Neet examination if you are not deserve candidate and 40% image of physics chemistry and biology in your class 12 level board examinations if you are a reserved candidate

In order to appear for NEET you must have done 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board with minimum percentage for UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

Hey Sreelakshmi.

According to the eligibility criteria laid out for NEET you need to pass class 12th board exams from a recognised board and you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subejcts together to be eligible to take the NEET exam.
