Answer (1)
There is no separate entrance examination for AFMC. Admission to this medical college is done through Neet and as per the information brochure of AFMC MBBS Admission 2020, there is no separate Marks criteria mentioned. But there are certain criteria to be eligible for Neet and this Marks Is required to be eligible for AFMC as well. As per the Neet eligibility criteria, the candidate must has passed 12th or equivalent from a recognized board with English and Physics, Chemistry annd Biology or Biotechnology (have to pass in both the theory and practical examination) with at least 50% (for general category) marks in aggregate of PCB (Includes both theory and practical score) and this is 40% for OBC, SC and ST candidates and 45% marks for PwD candidates. So, if you meet the above mentioned percentage criteria in PCB then you are eligible for Neet examination. Then based on your score in Neet, you can apply for AFMC MBBS Counselling. Final admission will be based on Neet score and ToELR and PAT score.
