Hello Dear
There is not any grade like that which you need to score in the intermediate exam . Nit or IIT will not intake the student on the basis of intermediate grade / percentage. Inorder to get into the NIT / IIT you need to score atleast of 65% percentage in Class 12th based upon your category. And depending upon your category wise cuttoff you can be able to take the admission in these elite institutes like IIT or NIT.
