how much question totally asked in gate exam.....and whats the mark which is required for joining job jn pcu's companies

GATE 2021 exam pattern will consist of 65 questions with a total of 100 marks. The total time will be of 3 hours for the exam.
There will be following types of questions

• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
• Multiple Select Questions and /or Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions

The topics for questions will be from the following

• General Aptitude
• Engineering Mathematics (for XL papers it is Chemistry)
• Subject Specific section

Through GATE exam you can get admission into IITs and NITs for Masters or doctorate or also go for jobs into the PSUs.

Hello dinesh,

The examination will consist of totally 65 questions , segregated as One-mark and Two-mark questions Out of 65 questions , 10 questions will be from General Aptitude (Verbal and Numerical ability) and 55 questions will be Technical, based on the Paper chosen.

It will be better to get rank less than 500 to get a job in psu's.you may have some chance by getting a rank of below 850.
