Considering 2019 seat allotment if you manage to secure a rank below 10,000 you may get seat in NIT, Suratkal.However, it advised to achieve a decent rank than above mentioned rank because the cut off changes every year based on parameters like number of students appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.So to be on safe side if you aim for better rank it will increase the chance of getting a seat in branch of your choice.I hope this is helpful to you.
