how much score in neet to get gov college of bds

You have not mentioned your state of domicile dear ,
do let us know it as cut off marks for  colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like your domicile state , number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But in general as per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 520-550 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination if you want to get a seat in government dental college

For example,
in neet  2019, 516 marks got a seat in Government Dental College, Vijayawada for general category under State quota
