Dear Rahilashaik
Its difficult to tell the score based on state rank, but prediction can be made on AIR (all India rank), usually to get into government medical college you are suppose to have minimum of 550 in case of general category.

Greetings,
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination but not for any particular state as such.
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across the country.
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an approximate can be determined from the evaluation of previous years' cut off.
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to you.

Since, you don't belong to Hyderabad, you can seat there only through all India quota. Accurate score to get a seat in MBBS college can't be determined prior to examination. However, going by previous years trends, try to score higher than 550 to have your chances.
All the best.
