The cutoff marks change every year depoending on the difficulty of the question paper as well as the number of candidates appearing in that particular year hence I will just tell you about the cutoff rank as it is a more relaible source of information. Assuming that you are from TN you will opt for state quota under which the cutoff (minimum) is 4000 (state rank) and if I have to name a mark then you need to get minimum 430 out of 720.
