According to your question and taking into consideration you would appear in exam in EWS category so according to my calculations a minimum of 99 percentile will be needed and even you should score higher than that to be on a safer side.
But these calculations are not accurate. It would vary every year and nobody can predict what percentile you need to score as number of candidates will be different every year in each category.
But you can take 99 percentile as a base point.
