Low vision and blindness upto 40% is allowed under PWD quota. According to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, if the range of low vision is less than or equal to 40%, then you can avail PWD quota. But if the range is beyond 40%, you will not be eligible for PWD quota. Having said that, you can still appear for NEET and provided you get a seat in NEET, you can take admission.
