Hello there's no weigh machine to weigh how much you should study as it's a competitive entrance examination you need to be little more knowledgeable than the boy sitting next to you so study as much as you can practice lot of question so that you can learn new concepts and solve tricky question easily.
Make sure you study atleast 8-10 hr per day with consistency.

I will attach the link below for JEE Main and Advanced syllabus. Before giving JEE make sure to cover up all the chapters and topics. Your concepts need to be clear if you wish to crack JEE. Also try to solve previous years and sample papers. They will be a lot of help.
