OBCs have a 27% of reservation in All India Counselling. This 27% is distributed among the sub categories of OBC like BC-A/B/C/D. This distribution happens again based on the pre determined reservations set by the Government. MCI follows the same guidelines. So based on the sub category you belong to, you will be eligible for that reservation amid the 27% reservation for OBC.

I hv heard that there is reservation for OBC in aiqota ..it's only in 85% state quota..also suppose if UR gets 580 marks n OBC gets 580 who will be preferred for the seat?

The OBC reservation is present in both AIQ and State Counselling. You can visit the NEET official website for checking the reservation criteria. The final merit list is prepared by NTA. Lets say if both categories get 580 marks, there are few tie breaker conditions that NTA looks into. Like more no.of marks secured in Biology, Chemistry and less no.of unanswered questions or less no.of incorrect questions. Based on these factors, the final rank for these 2 categories will be decided and the seat will be given accordingly.
