NEET as you know is an all india entrane test, therefore there is high competition for every seat. Considering the time you have left now for the exam, reading the books from starting and preparing notes would not be a wise strategy.
What I recommend is to first go through the official syllabus of the Exam. Prepare a check-list of the topics, giving high priority to important topics. Have a good strategy, you may prepare from the past year papers. Don't buy any useless books, you may stick to NCERT, and select atmost one reference book and stick to it. The link for important books is below. You may consider the crash courses from some popular institutes for NEET. In case you fall short of study material, purchase second hand material of some famous coaching form some book market, and start preparing from it.
