how someone can predict the overall rank only through the percentile of one session as there are four attempts in this year and there may be a chance of decrease in overall ranking

The rankings are given on the basis of percentile and are an approximate figure which is just a reference. This rank is based on the basis of previous year results. These can also be changed on the basis of this year's trends as factors like difficulty levels, total number of candidates vary every year.
