How soon will the medical college start during the counselling process?

The Supreme Court has allowed resumption of NEET Medical Counseling process for admission to 2021-2022 academic session with 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation. The tentative schedule for NEET PG Counselling has been released and the registration process will start from 12 January 2022.
Regarding NEET UG, many states such as Maharashtra, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh have started their registration process and release of merit lists; many states such as Uttar Pradesh, Delhi (except IP university) are still to begin with the process. Only after the counseling procedure ends, medical colleges will start. However, many government colleges do not wait for the complete procedure to end and begin with the classes. So, it completely depends on colleges and the state specifically.
