Dear Shashi, NTA hasn't released any informationnregarding hair per se. But keeping in mind the hot summers, it is always advisable to tie up your hair in a neat pony tail. This also avoids any speculations regarding any hidden devices in loosely let hair. If you hair falls atleast below the shoulder, do tie it up.
