Dear Nikhil,
for applying to government pharmacy college Ranchi first pass 12th with PCB or PCMB then sit for the JCECE (B.Pharm) conducted my Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) the exams usually held in May-June then wait for merit list and then get admission done.
