First of all, visit the website of the University you are seeking to get enrolled into. They usually release the application form atleast three months before the beginning of the next semester. If the particular college/university provides offline admission forms you may get those too.
In most case you will be asked to pay a fee for the application forms.
If the university conducts an entrance test, you will have to appear for those and score the minimum required grade.
