Dear Sir / Ma'm, the DGHS will open its online counselling portal for the government as well as deemed universities all over India for 15% of their seats after the declaration of the NEET UG 2019 result tentatively on the 5th of June. You have to go to the portal and register using some details like your application number, All India rank, All India score, identity proof and such. You need to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 5000 which is same for all categories and if you want to participate in the Deemed Universities counselling, you need to pay an amount of Rs. 2,00,000 which will be refunded to you at the end of the mop-up round if you do not get a seat till the last. If you get a seat in the second round but do no report to the college, then the amount of 2 lakh will be forfeited and if you report and get admitted to the allotted college, the 2 lakh gets adjusted with the fees. After the payment of the fees, you proceed to the choice filling, after which they give the counselling result in a given amount of time and then you can either go for the college allotted to you or may again apply for the next round of counselling.
Hi Varshini, hope this helps.
