There are various career options for students to join the Oberoi group.
1. STEP (Systematic Training and Education Programme) is a three-year programme for students who are between 18 to 20 years of age and have completed or are about to complete Class XII. STEP offers comprehensive on the job training in Kitchen Operations or Hotel Operations (Front Office / Food and Beverage Service focus and Housekeeping focus) at select hotels of The Oberoi Group.
2. OCLD- The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development is based in Delhi. OCLD offers a two year post graduate management programme in Guest Service Management, Housekeeping Management and Kitchen Management.
The recruitment process for the OCLD post graduate Management Programmes is scheduled between September to December each year.
