Uma, UP has 1% reservation for wards of Ex servicemen. So once NEET results have been declared and the NEET Merit list has been released, all the States will release their own State Counselling Registration forms. You need to fill up the forms and select Yes under Wards of Ex-Servicemen Quota. And during document verification, you have to submit relevant documents as proof.
