how to becom a docter befor passing bsc nursing

How can you be a doctor before passing BSc Nursing. And if you are becoming a doctor , you have no need to pursue nursing as if nursing is your aspiration then you can do it as BSc Nursing. So you can't be a doctor before BSc Nursing because MBBS is a 5.5 years course where as BSc Nursing is a 4 years. So how can you do that?
