How to become collector? Which subject i have take in 11th class

If by Collector you mean a District Collector , the usual route is to become an IAS officer through the UPSC Civil Services Examination. After completing graduation, you can appear for the UPSC examination if you meet the eligibility requirements. Candidates who are selected for the IAS and subsequently receive a district-level administrative posting may serve as District Collectors.

For Class 11, you can choose Science, Commerce or Humanities. There is no compulsory Class 11 stream for becoming an IAS officer. Humanities can be useful because subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science and Economics overlap with parts of the UPSC syllabus, but students from Science and Commerce backgrounds also successfully clear the examination. Therefore, choose a stream in which you have genuine interest and can perform well.
