1 : In third round of UPSEE 2018 i will not get my favourite college . Am i able to get that college in sopt round ?please help me

Hi,

If you do not get admission into your favourite college during the first round of counselling then you will have to apply for upgradation. There may be chances that you will get allotted into your preferred college during the second round of counselling, However, if that does not happen (due to cutoff issues or so), then you can take admission into the college you have been allotted to in the first round of counselling.
