You can check your so state rank at the official site of Andhra Pradesh. If you have registered for the neet counselling at the site,you name would be in the allotment list or the state merit list released by the state.You can find your state rank nd also category rank of the state there.

You can get your state ranking once state counselling begins for admission in the government and private colleges in your region.All india  Counselling for NEET 2019 has already begun . You should wait for AP state counselling. You can check your state rank on the official website of the counselling authority of your state.
