Basically there is no difference in syllabus of both neet and 12 so u should clear all your basic concepts to the level of neet.so when u prepare for neet u will automatically be prepared for class 12 exams.
Only difference is that u should increase your accuracy and speed of doing McQ questions by practicing large no of questions.
