How to download neet verification slip of med/dental......pls help

The document verification slip to participate in the counselling process can be downloaded from the link given below-

After clicking on the link, you will be required to login with your user ID, password and copy the security code. The user ID and password should be same as used while filling the registration form.

Candidates who have verified their documents are provided with a secret key which will be used to submit preferences in the counselling session.
