Hello,according to the Prospectus mentioned by www.mcc.nic.in there is a FREE exit for any AIQ/DU/BHU/CU colleges. BUT if it is through 2nd round and you didn't like the college, then you can't, Either you have to take up the college seat or Quit by paying some penalty amount.
