First of all, I know I might sound a little hard but the truth is that you've to talk to them, freely! Lying won't help by hiding your results from your own parents permanently. At a certain day, you and your parents do have to face the truth- The reality! And if they hoped you to score good rank, then let me tell you my friend that; our parents have the right to have expectations from us (because they did everything for us and they surely will do in the future too).
- So just accept what you have, learn from your mistakes but don't repeat that again!
- Talk with your parents about this thing and other alternative solutions.
-
Accept that you've messed up. Have a courage to fight from your mistakes.

Hi Student
Its easier to face your parents then facing the world. Just go and tell them the truth. Apologize to them and tell them you will work hard next time or you can also tell them if you dont want to do medical and have other plans.
Just sit and think about what you want to do next . Make plans and then go and discuss them with your parents.
