How to get 2018-19 non creamy layer certificate in 2020-21? I need a certificate which validates my claim to belong to non creamy layer category in the year 2018-19 & I have income certificate of 2018-19 issued in 2018-19. Income certificate has details of income for three preceding years of 2018-19

Dear Aspirant,
For the OBC-NCL certificate you have to apply for it in the administration of your city/town known as tehsil. There you have to produce documents like your school TC, aadhar card, domicile certificate, income certificate, family rashan card, affidavit of self declaration, etc. There might be some other documents required as per your state's administration. Visit the tehsil and/or the backward caste welfare website of your state.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
