Hello Harsha,
Chemistry is a little tricky subject. To score move than 50 in neet you need to revise the NCERT book of chemistry thoroughly as most of the questions have basic concept.
In physical chemistry, memorize all the formule and practice them a lot. To get grip on those formulas.
In organic chemistry, try to understand the reaction, how it occurs, what gets changedetc.
Inorganic chemistry can only be dealt by NCERT books.
Therefore revise as much as you can.
