Your main focus should be biology. That'll fetch you the main bulk of your total marks.
Chemistry can be tackled easily if you've built your concepts in the two years.
Physics, focus on numericals. Practice variants of those. No need to do all the calculations, just see if you can solve it or not. Whether you're getting stuck or not. Don't keep on doing similar MCQs of one type of question. Save time on that and devote to other subjects.
Finally, give yourself enough sleep and rest.
Your breaks should be relaxing enough to calm and refresh your mind. Don't go on social media, rather listen to music or talk to a friend.
Work hard and it's all possible
Good luck!

If you are strong in your concepts it will be easy for you. Start bysolving question papers . Concentrate on the subject you are confident in and work hard .Do a fast revision . All the best .
As the time is less so assuming you are done with the syllabus and all your concepts are clear and strong so you are advised to start doing the sample papers and previous year papers as these would be helping you to know the difficulty level of questions and once you are done with these papers the next step to be taken is to practice online mock test because mock papers play a vital role in the preparation because these will teach you the time management skills during exam and will also let you know where you are actually standing in your preparation.
Good Luck!!!
