how to get admission into law university in delhi as foreign student? Is there any hope for job placement for foreign students?
Hi,
There are eighty seats for Five year Integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) course at National Law University, Delhi. Out of the eighty seats, ten seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals and admission on these 10 seats will be given directly to Foreign Nationals on merit. In case a vacancy arises under this quota the same shall be filled for General Category in order of merit.
The admission of foreign nationals however, shall be made based on satisfying the prescribed academic qualifications. They are exempted from taking the admission test. The other rules regarding the eligibility for admission will be applicable to other candidates. The annual tuition fee shall be in Indian rupees equivalent to US Dollars 5,000 for candidates from SAARC countries and US Dollars 10,000 for students from other countries.
As far as the Job prospects for foreign nationals is concerned it might be governed by the employment visa. More information about that is available at Work and study in India: Can foreign students explore job opportunities .
I hope it helps!
