how to get neet 2019 score card in digilocker

Go to the official website of Digilocker.
Register yourself with your phone number. Following this, link your Aadhar Card to the mobile number you provided while registering yourself for NEET.
Then go to the dashboard and click on issued documents section. There, click on check partners section. Now in partner name select NTA ( National Testing Agency, Delhi ) and is document name select NEET 2019 Score Card. Then your score card will be generated which you can save.

nta is not available in digilocker

Yes, you are right. NTA is not yet present in Digilocker. It is CBSE that is present in Digilocker and therefore, until last year, the NEET UG rank and score cards could be downloaded from Digilocker.
However, you need not worry. You can also download your NEET UG score card from the official website of NTA which www.nta.nic.in
