How to get placed in microsoft. What are the skill and sybjects required. Can a year back student be placed in Microsoft

Hello,
It's really difficult to get placed in microsoft.You have to be extra ordinary to get this job.Your skills,personality,behaviour must be very good.IT related branches are chosen by Microsoft for recruitment of students.
And for one year back students i think it will be not available for them

It is tough to get a placement like that. Microsoft takes highly qualified people. It is generally considered as a very good company and generally it visits the top colleges and institutes. However if you build your skill sets in programming and gain some experience then your backlog and other concerns will not matter. You can apply then and get placed. There are certification programmes offered by Microsoft but there is no clear information about placements on that front so I wont be able to advise much on that. I also dont think there is any entrance exam for placements as I havent heard of anything like that for Microsoft.
