How to join Land surveyor course

I m working as a land surveyor in private sector but I want to learn diploma in civil from distance education can I ?

Hello Viky,

Land surveying is a part of Civil Engineering and can be taken as a specialization when opting for M.Tech or other post graduation degree in Civil engineering.

For being a Land surveyor skills required are :

10th pass, followed bey Diploma/certification in Land Survey. Diploma degree is provided by various state governments, and they conduct exams at state level for this. Subject include Physics, Chemistry, Math, English, Aptitude. After this you can join a professional course or complete your AMIE and work as a junior engineer.

You may join DU, IITs, BITS as they have dedicated professional courses for this, but you will have to clear their entrance tests, after 10+2.
